TLDR; great place to live if you never have to deal with or talk to management. Lived here for 3 years! All the stars go towards the apartment units and maintenance team. Otherwise negative stars for annoying management. Current building manager is the third and the worst. Candy always giving me attitude calling me “antsy” for once asking how much my rent will increase. If you are trying to get ahold of anyone in the leasing department don’t bother. I’ve left over 10 voicemails and called on 20 different occasions over the last month and have tried emailing and messaging this complex on multiple occasions as well with no luck or response at all. Just shows how unorganized and unprofessional this building will be if you rent there.
Apartment that was shown was awful!!! Carpet was stained. Walls were dingy, dirty. And to top it off, I was told I would have to clean it myself before I could move in...
