Uncaring management, rampant theft, poor utilities management company, and Candy and Kate are so horrible and so unprofessional towards to the residence. They both are so disrespectful, unresponsive, lacking basic professionalism, and consistently failing to meet resident needs.
I've been living here at 808 Berry Place for almost 5 years. 808 Berry Place always had terrible management team. But I'm never seeing any management team that is so horrible and so unprofessional towards to the residence. Candy and Kate are the worst people and does not respect the residence.
