Nice enough apartments but there are some issues. Lived here for 2 years, and had mouse problems for about 6 months of that time. staff is very fast to call an exterminator but to no avail. Eventually figured out that if you seal the hallway door the mice stay out. Also, the AI agent (Eddie) is not useful for some requests. Worked fine for regular non emergency maintenance but not for emergency issues. Ended up calling the emergency maintanance line and it just routes me to Eddie who says my emergency could wait until busine... read more
I lived here for two years, and was planning on staying for four years but this apartment has driven me out. I’ve been in an apartment for 6 years now over three different buildings, and these last two years have been by far the worst experience out of any building I’ve lived in. It started with a mouse problem which was not solved by management. They would bring an exterminator in and they’d place a trap and that’d work for about a week, but then mice would be back shortly after. After about 6 months of living in mouse hell... read more
