I’ve lived at 808 Berry Apartments for four years, but I finally decided to move out, and I’m doing so without hesitation. At some point during my time here, there seems to have been a change in management. The current team is highly unprofessional and shows little concern for residents. Glad some people had a better experience than we did, but save yourself the headache and live elsewhere. This is without a doubt the worst place I have ever lived in terms of how they treat tenants. During the two years we lived here in a market rate unit, several community rooms and other amenities were in disrepair or closed all together. TLDR; great place to live if you never have to deal with or talk to management. Lived here for 3 years! All the stars go towards the apartment units and maintenance team. Otherwise negative stars for annoying management. Current building manager is the third and the worst. Candy always giving me attitude calling me “antsy” for once asking how much my rent will increase. I get there’s an order on how they do things, but if my rent goes up 10% (which it did in 2023), i want to know so i can start planning for my next move and ... read more
