808 Automotive was very friendly and super professional. They helped my wife and I in a very stressful situation feel relaxed and welcome. Didn't try to BS us on anything and where very honest about all diagnostics.
During a recent oil change, I was informed/showed issues with my front lower suspension and one of the rear shocks. I had the shocks/struts replaced along with the front lower suspension. Bob recommended a specific set of shocks but I was a little leery as I didn't want the ride very stiff. Well, always listen to your trusted Mechanic! Bob's recommendation was spot-on. Bob and his team have gone above and beyond. Not only to honor warranty of the work but also spent extra time on determining what the problem was. They are honest and through with their work. Highly recommend the shop and will definitely be back should any other concerns come up.
