Beware. - Signed up April. Paid for application fee remaining part of April and a one hour coaching session($75). The one hour coaching session was to teach me how to use the machines and a personalized workout plan. The owner was the trainer. He showed me 4-5 machines and that was it. I was in and out of there about 35 minutes which includes the 6 minute warmup on the bike. I did not feel I received adequate training so I made the decision to end my membership.
