Came to check the reviews after feeling I got the shaft from an unethical business, and I see the the owner gave herself a five star review! Ms Jolley and her husband could not respond to my calls for days at a time. After 5months they had not completed a single item on the list. Truck runs worse than when I sent it in for a few simple tasks. An embarrassment to local small businesses.
My mom took her car in at the end of September and got it back "fixed" October 11th. She is now stranded with the same issue that was "fixed" not long ago and out more money....
Honest, friendly service. Battery died overnight in Littlefield and these folks took a look, quoted me a fair price, and referred me to a shop in Lubbock where parts and labor were a little cheaper. Easily could have pushed me to get the work done there at the higher price but didn’t. I don’t believe there’s a finer auto shop outside of (or perhaps within) Lubbock. Support an honest, small business and get your repairs done here! Thanks, y’all.
806 Customs is everything you can ask for! Honest, reliable and extremely knowledgable. I had a friend who has used 806 in the past and we recently had car trouble when passing through Littlefield. He told me to reach out to 806 Customs and they met me at the gas station where my truck was dead and inoperable. They fixed my truck and had me back on the road within a few minutes.
