Omg Quesa Birria killed it today! They catered my husband's retirement luncheon for 200 people. Totally seamless! Amazing clean organized set up! Delicious delicious meat and all the fixings! Everything was taken care of down to the paper goods and desserts! Super easy planning and the communication was immediate. So So grateful! Best decision ever, to book these guys!
805 QBT was wonderful to work with! Fernando was communicative right off the bat, answering my dozens of questions thoroughly and professionally. I was able to book my date without issue. I loved that the base menu had variety! The elote was a hit at the party and the inclusion of agua fresca was prime. From start to finish, their service was amazing — super responsive, professional, and easy to work with. The food was incredible (seriously, some of the best birria tacos we’ve ever had), and the drinks were just as great. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully set up.
