About this business
We are a family gym that offers group classes, personal and private training, self defense and competition training for kids and adults. We specialize in Muay Thai Kickboxing but also have Cardio Kickboxing and No Gi Brazilian Jiu Jitsu with Coach Manny Marquez. All of our instructors have fought and trained full rules Muay Thai. We highly recommend signing up for a free trial class to see if you like it! We are not sales people and will not spam or bother you if you don't.

Excellent Muay Thai gym. Open and welcoming to everyone no matter where your fitness level is at. Highly recommend dropping in to anyone considering trying the sport. The pricing for the number of classes available is super reasonable and they have a lot of great quality equipment. Instructors are knowledgeable, patient and are great at breaking down and explaining anything you are struggling with.
The gym is very welcoming to all levels - from “let me get a workout and learn a little” to “let me become Death, Destroyer of Worlds”
Best place to learn music Thai in the area
Great place to learn Muay Thai and BJJ. Have fighters who are always competing for belts in their respected weight classes so they are definitely doing something right.
I dropped in while in the area on a work trip. The folks at 805 were super welcoming. Great environment, great instruction, lots of talented people in the room. Highly recommended.
