I've been calling 803 S Ave home for the past 15 months, and it's been a great experience overall. The building is well-maintained and has a welcoming, community-oriented vibe. The proactive management here really stands out. They’re quick to respond and genuinely care about making the residents feel comfortable.
I loved living here. Some of the reviews are surprising, not invalidating anyone else’s experience, but I haven’t had any issues that really would make me dislike 803 to where I wouldn’t want to live here. I believe I was the first tenant in my apt and for example my dishwasher didn’t turn on. I put in a request and maintenance fixed it within like 20 minutes and that’s was over a year ago and haven’t had issues since. Lived here for less than a month & I can tell you that I’m waiting for the day the lease is up to move elsewhere. People have assigned spots yet park everywhere. Building was built cheap, vibrations from upper floor shake items on my shelves in my room. The kicker tho? Blocking the gate to repair it, trapping all residents inside for an undisclosed amount of time without so much as an email or text to alert us to the maintenance. Decided to write this review after a long period of consideration. Stayed in this apartment for 1 year, starting in 2023, and I had no thoughts on renewing my lease. When I first moved in, I thought this building was supposed to be new and luxurious, but this place was truly more than disappointing to say the least, and nowhere did it meet my expectations. 1) There's no point in having assigned parking spaces if others are just going to park wherever they want. This place is amazing. I’ve lived here for a little over a month now and I’ve had some personal problems that have come in the way of my ability to uphold my responsibilities as a tenant, but management has been COMPLETELY understanding in all of it. They are willing to work with you on many of your situations, and they will stop at nothing to satisfy their tenants, which I do appreciate because not many apartments are like that nowadays.
