If you don’t have a very high credit score and boat loads of money to put down on a vehicle these salesman and dealership want absolutely nothing to do with you! Typical salesman so I can’t be mad. 🦈 I am a salesman myself! But I do have a heart that’s the difference. 2 stars because the men and women actually doing the hard work behind the scenes fixing vehicles and providing oil changes and cleaning cars mean well!
If you enjoy bringing your vehicle first thing in the morning and not hearing anything back at all this is your place. If after not hearing back you enjoy calling and being told the vehicle was never even looked at, boy this is definitely your place. If you politely ask why no one contacted you all that time and you enjoy being told it was someone else's responsibility, bingo! this is your place. Came up from Delaware where I live to work up in POK for a week. have had an issue with my Tahoe for months that nobody could figure out. I found the related safety notice on the GM site, got lucky enough to get an appt next day and went in to get this thing fixed once and for all.
