I’ve lived here for four years and in three different units. The entire time it’s been under construction because the wood used to build the complex was already rotting. I have always been waken up by construction even on days off. At one point, wasps were getting into my apartment and the complex hardly did anything about it or took it seriously. Getting ready to move out after nearly four years. Units themselves are nice. Maintenance is top-notch and very responsive to make repairs. Can't praise them enough with how knowledgeable and helpful they are. They really keep this place together especially in the winter with temp related issues and plowing snow on the perimeter road of the complex. The apartment itself is nice. Layout is typical in my unit but nice enough for two. The management team has been very easy to work with and the maintenance team has been very responsive. The hall area however is painted a dark grey and has minimal lighting. New carpet is nice but a lighter color on the walls would make this more appealing. Landscaping outside is nice but courtyard is often (like now) overrun by weeds. I’ve been living here for a while, and honestly, I can’t wait for my lease to end. The management and maintenance team are extremely rude and unhelpful. Whenever residents raise concerns, they don’t take them seriously and only look at situations from their own perspective. Issues remain unresolved for too long, and there’s no proper consideration for residents’ comfort or health. Overall, a very disappointing experience.
This place is absolutely stunning! Everyone is so friendly in management as well! Trevor is the best! Taelynn was awesome as swell as maintenance and the whole 801 team! I just moved in August and so far best decision ever! Sincerely, Chalana “ Chay” Garcia
