Kassidy was great. She was kind and courteous and has great energy.
I did a tour at 801 Polaris on May 3rd, 2025, and Taelynn was amazing! The apartment(s) I was interested were, they did not have a display one available and she was able to make adaptations and modifications for me to see because I am a visual person. She went as far and taking me to the other show apartment and said that the dimensions are close to the same as to what I am looking for. She even showed videos of the apartments as well. I currently live at 801 Polaris and have lived here almost a year and a half. I love living here. The other tenants are nice, maintenance is amazing, as they resolve any issues immediately, and the office staff are one of a kind. Trevor and Cassidy are kind, extremely helpful, understanding, patient and personable. I've lived in other apartment buildings and no one compares to Trevor and Cassidy.
