The owner is deceptive.
After a month of waiting after verbal and writing confirmation of a refund. Ryan has not only not refunded my money, but is trying to push services on me instead of what he agreed to. A dispute has been opened and a complaint filed with the FTC and the BBB. Please be weary of using this company and get everything in writing.
Took my Victory in and Ryan and crew were amazing. Tune lived up to expectations along with fantastic customer service. If you ride a victory and need service or advise this is the place I would totally recommend
Ryan and Kyler performed a remote ECU flash tune on my 2015 Victory XCT. Super simple to setup your bike, and Ryan does a great job talking you through it over the phone. After the tune, the bike runs great. More power through all the gears, popping and backfiring gone. Anyone that is looking to put a fuel tuner on your bike and going to a shop to put it on a Dyno, I would advise you to save your money and call Ryan and his staff at 801 Motoworx.
