I had 800-duct clean my air ducts & my dryer vent.The 3 guys who came and did the work were very courteous and cleaned up when they were done. Ryan the owner first came and explained how they do the cleaning and quoted me a price which was quite reasonable. I'm very glad I had it done.

This company did a terrible job, they cut a hole in the wrong return in my air duct system and left a mess in the air ducts that I had to clean my self and tape behind on the air return covers. It was a waste of $645.00 and the insulation in my basement that he pulled down to get at the air ducts is still falling off. I would not recommend this company at all.

This company was hired to clear the vents in my building. They told our building management company as well as our HOA head that the vents had been cleared per contract. Upon purchasing my unit (had not been occupied since the vent cleaning) I learned that the vents were still entirely blocked. Not only did it take 4+ trips for 800 Duct to fix the issue, I was charged for the work--work which 800 Duct stated was already completed. Ultimately I paid over $1000 for a job that 800 Duct had told our HOA was already completed.
