1 star because I have enjoyed my apartment at 80 on the commons over the last few years but the building is ran by costal ridge, which if I could, I’d give them zero stars, a faceless corporation that has zero empathy and compassion for its residents. No logic or competence goes into decisions made at the building. Although it’s nice, it’s extremely expensive for what you get. We were shut out of our apartment balcony by a faulty door, just days before a concert we were anticipating was going to happen in the performance space below. Within two days (while we happened to be away), Dylan got the Anderson company to come and not just fix the door but retrieve some items we had left out there that a storm might have blown away or damaged with rain — just in time for us to enjoy the concert from comfortable chairs on our balcony. Friendly and helpful staff, especially Dylan Bland! Beautiful spacious floor plans. State of the art gym and amazing rooftop area perfect for creating memories with friends and family while enjoying gorgeous views. You will love it as much as I do!
