They failed to document vehicle details when I arrived and checked in (they were busy). Because of that they charged me an extra $20 when I went to leave. Wouldn’t recommend this place for that reason
Last year I tried parking here at 8am and was turned away for garbage reasons. Just tried again and it was no different. Don't waste your time here
Beyond terrible, lost my doctor’s appointment due to declining my parking reservation. Very rude attitude by the two attendants.. avoid this place at all costs, wouldn’t consider for any future business. I had to pick the one star option due to the lack of no star choice

Do not go here!!! Harassment and Bullying There have been several occasions that I have booked this parking lot via Spot Hero because they are the most affordable in the area for my longer days in-office (7 a.m.–7 p.m.). Usually they give me grief over the length of my stay but ultimately take the car. Today was above and beyond unprofessional.
