First rate customer service! I called from the west coast to have a problem looked at on the east coast. Spent less than a minute on hold. Talked to a human who took down my info, and got a call back from 8UnClog within a few minutes. Scheduled an appointment for 9:30 the next morning. Dana showed up on time (actually early), diagnosed the problem, and removed a lot of dried paint someone had poured down the drain. Really nice to deal with. My wife and I own a local business where we had an issue with a slow drain that eventually became backed up completely. Very quick to respond and really friendly. We had a backed-up sewage system that they traced out to the street. While it ended up not being fixable from our end--the city had to fix their sewage pipes in the street--8 Un-Clog was very professional and a pleasure to work with.
