Cami was just exceptional and I couldn’t be happier. She was very extremely professional, caring, thorough, attentive and most effective. She worked hard to ensure all points were addressed and had the best demeanour.

I had a very bad experience at 8 Spa today. I had an appointment at 5:30 but I was asked to wait until 5:50, then I was put in a room and waited again until about 6:10, and after that I was told I still had to wait because the massage therapist was not even there yet and was on the bus. I feel really uncomfortable and upset because my time was not respected and there was no clear communication about the delay.
