When I first moved in the appartment complex was good. Last night I had to dodge needles on the way up the steps. There are needles in the bushes, homless people tweaking in the stairwells on the N. Tryon side of the building, and taking baths in the upper level of the lobby. Homless break into units (2 times in 3 months in my building on my floor) either lower the rent and stop trying to claim this rat hole as luxury, or close it the hell down. In addition, she has a kind, welcoming, friendly and approachable demeanor that made me feel very comfortable to speak with her. Any maintenance request I submitted, she expedited and the issue was resolved immediately. I am very grateful to have her working at this property. I know she will uphold great community standards.
