I had an appointment over the phone scheduled at 4:25. They sent a confirmation email of the same time two days and one day before. On the day of the appointment, they rescheduled my appointment to 3:55 and sent the email at 3:30. No call no notice. I was not available and did not see that email till my regular scheduled time then called the office to be advised the dr was no longer available. The Dr. is always late and I don’t mean a few minutes. My office visits have continually been 30-45 minutes late, and the appointment takes maybe 5 minutes. During Covid, appointments have been by phone. I thought this might help the issue but I was sure wrong . Today was my second (and last) phone appointment where I have waited over 45 minutes past set appointment time waiting for them to call. Enough is enough, I’m done! this place is awesome...the staff is friendly and very knowledgeable with the equipment. gives you a feeling of a 5 star stay while your here.
not very happy with their service, had appointment last week of year they canceled on us and now we have to start the deductibles all over,
I have a very well behaved 9 year old child. The tech made a comment before we were seen that “lord help her she has a kid”. In front of the entire waiting room. My son was the only child in the entire place. This is absolutely not acceptable. The front office staff is rude and very unprofessional. We then had to wait 30m to be seen. We had an appointment time of 240. It wasn’t until 315 we were seen.
