I was recently informed that my contract with 7th State Builders was cancelled last year, and that a refund check for my $14,450 deposit was either issued or would be issued after checking their records. I have followed up, but to this day, no refund has been returned—not in full or even in part. This is just another example of what appears to be a pattern of questionable business practices.
