Great company to work with. My only complaint was the lead time from signing the contract until the job was started. Part of that problem was the supply chain issues but it appeared to me that it was more of not enough crews to handle the number of jobs contracted. Still the crews that I worked with which did both work for me inside and out were dependable, courteous, cleaned up every day and most of all did the work beyond my expectations. I am thoroughly pleased with my experience with this company.
Recently 7thstate Builders constructed a patio at my home located in W****** *d. Not only was the work completed in a timely manner the services were outstanding. We hired 7th State Builders to remodel our Master Bath and they did a great job the problem was with the warranty which was a lifetime warranty the problem was the Installer never put a washer on the Faucet causing leakage into the bottom cabinet contacting the company on January 16th and on the following week January the 23 of 2023 I was told on both occasions that the foreman of the project would reach out to me never received a call during the 2 weeks that I had reached out to the Company no matter how small an issue is i... read more
This company did an excellent job of remodeling my laundry room. They were efficient, fast, and professional. They are pricey, but you get what you pay for and I was very satisfied. Will definitely use them for future projects.

I absolutely love my new stone paver patio!! Chase helped me figure out the best design and was there from beginning to end to ensure that every aspect was done to perfection. I’m looking forward to entertaining and having fun with family and friends around my beautiful new fire pit. 7th State Builders installed the most beautiful two-story composite deck in my backyard. Despite the winter weather challenges with snow, ice, and cold temps, they were able to complete the deck in a reasonably short period. Chase, Ashley, Nick, and Doug were ultimate professionals and were excellent communicators.
