Konan and Jess are awesome!! They are extremely knowledgeable, timely, and care about the client. 60 days of training so far and I am exceeding my goals and expectations. One on one training sessions are both educational and exercise.

When you are ready to transform from a caterpillar to a butterfly call 7th Nation Fitness! They transformed my body, my mind and my spirit. Jessica was my trainer. She is an award winning body builder but she will not intimidate you or let you talk negatively. I remember I gave my ALL to a circuit without knowing it was a circuit and that I had 3 more to go. Very friendly. They understand your limits and works with you to improve those limits. Provides you with very constructive advice on your workouts, eating habits and goals. Provides a safe workout environment with COVID protocols and commentary on technique to prevent harm while performing various workout routines. Always very professional. Would recommend to anyone looking to improve or enhance their fitness goals.

I must say Jessica and Konan are very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Their training is nothing short of getting you fit, but also catering to your limits, strengths and weaknesses. Since day one they’ve alway kept my goals their TOP priority. I’ve been with them for a month and a few days and I’ve noticed a few positive changes in my strength and endurance. Jessica and Konan Are trainers whom won’t allow you to give up on yourself and the process. I’m thanking for a great team like the two of them..
