Ordered 2 lbs of crawfish. They need to be purged better. All were like eating sand. Great flavor but too gritty

Worst customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. I made a simple mistake by ordering from the wrong location of 7spice, and instead of helping resolve it, they completely failed on every level. I was told to contact DoorDash, then instructed to email and wait for a response which never came. After doing exactly what THEY told me to do and waiting days, DoorDash refused to help because “too much time had passed.” So because of their lack of response and poor communication, I lost my chance at any resolution.
