There is apparently a base to the gumbo. Chicken, sausage, shrimp are added when U make your decision, ala cart. Not cooked in the gumbo. ?? That was different.. No visible ingredients (okra, tomato, onion.. etc.) to it. Will be saving that $$. Fried and blackened catfish was perfect. 😋

Absolutely terrible customer service and food quality from this 7Spice location. I ordered online, I ordered a 1lb EZ peel shrimp combo, in the 7spice sauce in the spiciest flavor. When I received my food it looked like it had ltrly just been boiled in orange water. There wasn’t any of the traditional seasoning in the sauce as there normally is AND the taste was just salt as well. There was NO spice or flavor at all. Even though I ordered the spiciest flavor.
