Eliza is absolutely incredible not just as the owner of 7K Fitness, but as a trainer and a person The moment you walk through the doors, you can feel the respect, love, and positive energy that she brings to the space. It’s 24/7 access super easy set up on phone. The gym itself is packed with quality equipment, but what really sets it apart is the welcoming vibe.
