As a Human Resources Professional in DFW, I wish I had my consultation with the owner of this business named Brynna instead of Jessica because Jessica did not know what she was doing at all. I understand she’s new and has only been working since October 2023 but that’s no excuse for the lack of competency. I have severe hyperpigmentation on my cheeks and I came in wanting a chemical peel.
