UPDATE: after posting this review, the company harrassed us by calling and texting us repeatedly. I imagine this is why there are no other negative reviews. I have attached a screenshot of their texts with the last three digits visible to prove that this is genuine. I had a very bad experience with this company. They did not clean the house properly and we had to ask them to come back twice to rectify simple issues.
