Disappointing experience. I wasn’t asked what pedicure I wanted, felt rushed, and didn’t receive the same level of service as others. They fixed my polish after I complained, but I won’t be returning.

to reply to the reply I received from the nail place. if you were to busy why did you still take me in? and when I paid you even said that I had been there a very long time. it was only a week, after I did come in the first weekday after July 4th since I don't live here in Fullerton but work here.. went in for a pedicure and a gel manicure on 7/3/25, gel started lifting the next day (fourth of July holiday), my pinky toe has a small nail but the girl decided to color only the left side of my nail and include some skin.... when I went back on Tuesday (since they are closed on Monday), this place is around the corner from my work and I'm not driving all the way over here for show how its lifting. the lady remembered me because I was in there for a very long time (about 2.5 hrs) she told me how the two that worked on me w... read more
