Under new management. Horrible experience. Went to pick up three times and was not correct. First attempt bumper not replaced although bent from deer hit. Attempt two, one mis aligned headlight. Attempt three white paint does not match...horrible. Additionally, they told me the batteries were dead but they were damaged in the accident and were leaking, should hae been covered by the insurance claim. Auto high beams not working, told new owner would call me back.......I give up, this was NOT a big repair and I have no confide... read more

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Although my car was declared a total loss, Maurice and the staff at 781 Auto Body Shop were very helpful throughout the entire process. They took the time to explain everything clearly and provided all the information I needed. Great customer service during a stressful situation. Highly recommend.
Great facility. Fair price plus they did great work. Only place I will go to for body work in winchester.
