I used to go here but ever since they changed technicians, I wont let them touch my trucks anymore. Charged for a fuel filter housing instead of the fuel filter (3x the price) and stripped out the fuel filter threads. Now I actually have to buy the housing. Save the headache, go somewhere else.
These guys really did me a solid today. I showed up at 12:15 not knowing they closed at 1:00. I had what I knew would be an involved auxiliary battery replacement. I told them I would completely understand if they couldn't get it done by 1:00 and didn't want to work on it today. They assured me they could get it done and not to worry. CONSUMER AWARE! CONSUMER AWARE! FINAL UPDATE: After all that drama yesterday, at the end of the work day, they sent me money back. UPDATE: After waiting a week for my refund they told me it was a 30% restocking fee. I refused and said I wanted a full refund. This place is a scam location. They said they were offering me Dunlap tires for $110 installed for my hybrid. I showed up to some Sri Lankin tire that were not hybrid tires, not even associated with Dunlap, and told me, after being lied to multiple times, that I would have to pay a restocking fee for wanting a refund for the tires they lied about, and that the "owner was out of the country" and is the only person who can do refunds.
