For one thing, they take way too long to do an oil change. It’s because they’re probably damaged something else on your car. I got home and let the car sit overnight and I had a big puddle of oil underneath my car. They didn’t tighten the oil plug tight enough.
I took my ford f150 truck there to have the fuel pump and filter replaced and gave them the new fuel pump and filter, they quoted me $250. After 3 days they told me the parts had been replaced but changed labor from $250 to $370. A few mins after i drove the truck from their shop it shut off like before, turns out they never replaced the parts, they kept my truck for 3 days only to steal my new fuel pump and defraud me $370 for work not performed; they forgot to steal the new filter bcz i found it on the passenger seat.
