Rude owners
Been there a couple times now. And I got to admit, this is hands down one of the most thoughtful and hard working hand wash guys I have ever met! I have a convertible 370Z that has failing Door seals where the windows and convertible top meet. Every place I have ever been to, has waved me off and end up ruining the seals more. THESE GUYS TOOK TIME TO ASK! they asked for more details about my paint and HOW the top leaks. i loved it so much that I came back and TRIED TO GIVE ME A WASH ON THE HOUSE! Since I live nearby, have been using their services upon 3 (or so) different ownerships, and never had any complaints. On average the quality of work is 5 stars, sometimes the personnel responsible for drying the car go over and beyond, removing any last bits and pieces of dirt, as well as any excess water in the cracks and sills. Sometimes they don't, leaving the water marks as you drive the car. But overall, I appreciate the only hand car wash in the area, and hope the service quality will remain on high level.
