Had 4 wheel studs shear off on the way to a camping trip with some mates at around 12pm. Called 777 and got told they'd be happy to have our car towed to them. Tow dropped us off at 1pm. Here's me thinking long weekend over, better find some stuff to do in Albury. Not even close. Car was back on the road at 5pm, all other corners checked and they even managed to source matching locking nuts for the 4 I'd lost along the Hume. All at an incredible price. Have been going to 777 for a few years now, first visit since Matt took over. The service provided was exceptional. Matt explains everything in detail and is clearly passionate about providing a first-rate service. He advised on a course of action to address a long-standing issue with engine light on in my Mazda. Well, the light is off, the vehicle is now going like the clappers, forgot what it was like to drive a sports model, wheeeeeee!! Thanks a lot Matt and team, very happy customer.
Matt did road worthy for me and was very thorough and fair. Didn’t pick on anything to stop getting the road worthy, however he gave a very comprehensive report of things that may be an issue in the future . Highly recommend his professionalism, knowledge and pleasant manner. I’ll be going back for future issues.
