Went to have an oil change on my BMW. The owner of the shop, "I assume", he asked me if I did an oil change there before. Which I had. He told me you can go in and wait and I'll come write you up. As I did. At the moment he was working on a different car. I was waiting assuming that he will come in and ask me what kind of oil I want in my car.
