Excellent customer service, the appointment we booked was extremely helpful for couples like us with little knowledge of the jewellery. The quality of the products is also fantastic, can't recommend them enough!

From the first contact, through to placing our order today, service has been excellent. Aggie and Zac were prepared for our appointment with a selection of stones to view, and a good range of appropriate settings to try on. They were both knowledgeable and when I couldn’t decide between a couple of different styles, really helped by offering something in between to consider. Sophie was kind, hospitable and welcoming. She answered all questions and gave a good foundation on what to look for in a diamond. She helped set up options and even after the appointment, sent pictures and further advice whenever we required. Without her help, finding the ideal ring would have been much harder. Grateful for all her help, and I highly recommend to everyone!
Brilliant service and beautiful ring delivered. If the ring hadn't of arrived in time, it woukd have caused a major issue. Customer Care Advisor Clare talked through the options and gave regular email updates on the progress of the ring - I couldn't have asked for better customer service! Ring was delivered on time
