Returned a ring to the store and the treatment we received was terrible, the person on the desk couldn't wait to get us out if the shop quick enough! Glad we returned the ring now if that is how people are treated.
I’ve purchased pieces several times based on the samples shown on the website — everything was excellent and always on time. This time I ordered a pendant with a custom design. The process has never been this easy. I was constantly sent 3D mock-ups, and all my requests were refined in the shortest possible time. As a result, I received the pendant by the exact date I needed. Many thanks to manager Anna for the work she has done.
Amazing experience! Hands on customer service, even on weekends they were replying to my emails. Quality and craftsmanship of the jewelry is superb and qua price ratio. I couldn’t have asked for better myself. 10/10 will definitely be ordering from them again in the future. Excellent Service. 77 Diamonds made my wife’s engagement ring a few years ago, and I was so impressed with their service that I went back to them for our wedding rings. My wife’s ring was perfect straight away as they already had her size, but I guessed mine and got it wrong.
