My first time getting a massage and it was amazing! The atmosphere in Richmond Hill is calming. Dim lights, aroma therapy, and soft meditative music/ chimes in the background. My massage therapist was wonderful. She worked out some spots ive been having trouble with lately. The hot rocks are the best!I got the rejuvenate packge for my birthday. So calming and relaxing, i fell asleep after the massage while doing the foot detox and parafin wax on ny hands. I will definitely be doing this more often.
If I could give zero stars that would be more accurate. I scheduled a one hour deep tissue massage. I typically get 2-3 massages a month , so I am familiar with massage. This was by far the worst massage I have ever had. It was at best a Swedish massage and the therapist nails dug into my skin making it extremely uncomfortable. Very knowledgeable masseuse, she was fantastic and worked out so many knots that had been stuck in my shoulders
Never answers the phone and doesn't appear open even though they say they are
