Wasn't what I was expecting because when you go to their website to book an appointment. It has a selection for "Deep tissue ". I get there and I get a story about deep tissue and how she was different. After 30 yrs of getting massages throughout my life. I've had every kind of massage and even variations of those. From 1 to 10. 4. And every time she did find a knot. She ran from it. The knots are what need to be worked out. Now I have to find somewhere else.

Had my first appointment with Cherri, very professional took the time to ask what I do that causes soreness and the areas that were bothering me. Concentrated on those areas worked some knots out feel much better! Will be going booking next appointment soon!
My first time getting a massage and it was amazing! The atmosphere in Richmond Hill is calming. Dim lights, aroma therapy, and soft meditative music/ chimes in the background. My massage therapist was wonderful. She worked out some spots ive been having trouble with lately. The hot rocks are the best!I got the rejuvenate packge for my birthday. So calming and relaxing, i fell asleep after the massage while doing the foot detox and parafin wax on ny hands. I will definitely be doing this more often.
If I could give zero stars that would be more accurate. I scheduled a one hour deep tissue massage. I typically get 2-3 massages a month , so I am familiar with massage. This was by far the worst massage I have ever had. It was at best a Swedish massage and the therapist nails dug into my skin making it extremely uncomfortable.
