Outstanding display of front-desk incompetence and terrible customer service. I booked an appointment as a first-time customer for a full grooming routine (head shave, face shave, steamer, wash). Their online booking platform allowed duplicate/overlapping add-ons. Instead of handling a minor 30-second ticket adjustment professionally when I arrived in the chair or simply texting an update they panicked, blew up my entire appointment, and canceled it outright. My first time going to 77 and I got the pleasure of getting Liz. I got a haircut, trim and shave. And will for certain be going back again. I just recently started growing my beard and she showed me a better look for trimming it. I will be going back to Liz!!!
