Professor Ryan is incredibly patient with the kids. He makes a point to show all the kids the moves, then corrects them all during training, making sure everyone understands the moves before moving forward. He's stern but friendly. They train hard here but also have fun here! I highly recommend bringing your kids and yourself here if you want learn Jiu-Jitsu, the right way!! Oss!!

I’ve trained at many gyms throughout the area. Ryan, Braulio, Tom, and Jimmy are some of the best BJJ and striking coaches around. Ryan, the owner and head coach, makes an effort to coach and roll with all of his students, even the 6am group. They can coach everyone well, from high level competitors to beginners. Great vibes, the top gym in Oceanside that I would recommend.

I can’t recommend this place enough. We tried numerous jiu-jitsu academies in order to find the right fit for our son when he was 4. Some other academies were too pricy, the classes had too many kids (which was overwhelming for our son), or it just didn’t feel right. When we tried classes at 760 jiu-jitsu, Professor Ryan was kind and understanding. My son had the roughest month or two while getting used to the structure. If you’re in the Oceanside area, 760 is the spot to be! The head professor who runs the evening classes is super cool, down-to-earth, and always willing to help. He answers all your questions and will even stay after class just to help out—I’ve never been to a school that does that. Even though I train at a different gym in San Bernardino, they let me drop in whenever I’m working in San Diego—for free. That kind of hospitality is rare. I’ve trained at many places in the north county area. 760 is the best jiu jitsu and Muay Thai around! I am in and out of town a lot with a hectic work schedule and the owner, Ryan, has been very flexible with me dropping in. Their morning classes with Braulio are my favorite way to start the day.
