If I could give them no stars I would. I specifically asked for a one month only subscription plan without a reoccurring payment. Without my knowledge, I was signed up for a month to month plan, without wanting one. I didn’t notice until next month came by and I still had a charge from them. I have been calling multiple times a month since then, being told something will be done and nothing changes. best gym in town
Great place with great people!
Hate to leave a bad review for a local business but charging an additional month of membership when you ask to cancel for an account that is month to month is theft and predatory and just poor business practice. Membership buys you a month of access between payments... So why I'm being charged for an additional month I don't want is ridiculous. If your business is so desperate for $40 you need a new business or business model. Not penalizing clients for cancelling
This gym is genuinely one of the nicest places I have ever worked out. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere feels clean, welcoming, and motivating.
