Extremely friendly staff. Opens at 8am so try to be early as it get filled up fast. There is a 95.00 fee to be seen. No insurance is accepted. Thats just to walk in door. Other issues you have will add up. Be prepared. They will give you a receipt to send into your insurance for later. No pharmacy at place so you will have to get it filled at other places. Over great place to be seen.
They dont accept insurance. Consultation $99. They also charged 45-55 for a shot that probably costed them next to nothing. Lady was rude on the phone. This didn’t include the medicine for an additional $25 at pharmacy.
Horrible place, they care more about insurance and drug testing than your injury, they treat you like a convicted felon, just because you got hurt work. There practice is to confiscate all your belongings including phone, i.d, wallet keys, until you comply. Don't go
