My basement back up with water and feces a year ago and I haven't been able to use the basement because they won't clean it up and the big air conditioning unit that comes in the town house is moldy and gets everyone sick when I used it so we can't and I haven't got a new one put in. They were supposed to put a rail in. Going up the stairs after I moved everything up there and they finally put it in after a year of me living there. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone they jack up the rent once your year lease is up also.
