I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was incredibly frustrating. I was referred to 757 Endodontics because I was experiencing severe pain in a tooth that had already received a root canal. The Newport News office couldn't see me for several days, so I called the Chesapeake office and was able to get an appointment the next day. I had the absolute best experience at 757 Endodontics! From the moment I walked in, everyone was kind, respectful, compassionate, and professional. I was extremely nervous before my procedure, but they immediately put me at ease. When my crown came off after the root canal, another provider came right in, carefully put it back on, made sure everything felt right, and even took the time to wipe the material from around my mouth before I left. Dr Htet is the best from my experience. I was nervous on my appointment and she put me on ease. She did a thorough exam. I would recommend her services for this specialty. I found her to be very nice and helpful.

The entire team at 757 Endodontics was GREAT. They were thorough, compassionate, and engaged with me during the entire process of my root canal. I knew what to expect, the level of discomfort I might experience and steps to take after treatment. From scheduling to reception to billing and the entire care team - the process was clear, thorough, and considerate. Special thanks to Dr Royzenblat, Sadie at the front desk and especially to Courtney, who is the best assistant ever!!
