Sacry and RUDE RUDE RUDE – The owner could not have been more rude. After waiting for 70 minutes for my wife's food all she did was make excuses. She commented how she was tired from just getting back in to town; see how busy it is the kitchen is backed up (the restaurant was 50% full); you ordered so much food at least we got the other items on time; well she ordered her meat so well done it takes so much time to cook...It was beyond comical. Best restaurant in Hailey, if not the valley!!! – Excellent food, great selection, friendly service, and great ambiance. There is something on the menu for everyone. I like all of the sushi and my personal favorite entree is the miso salmon, it's awesome, as well as most everything else.
