Living here has been an incredibly stressful experience, primarily due to the deceptive and dysfunctional parking situation. When we signed our lease, we were told that while a spot was included, we could simply contact property management to rent a second one if needed. This was completely false. Management fails to mention that there are absolutely no additional spots available to rent or purchase—period. They don’t actually allow any patio furniture out there. Not what you see in the brochure at all.
I have lived in this area for a long time, long before these condos were built. These condos have brought a lot of crime and bad behaving people to this area, cops are here regularly, people parking all over the streets instead of paying for parking spots, loud noise coming from people through all hours of the night. There is only ONE lane to get into these properties by car, and the tenants are parking on this lane even though it is a fire route.
