I used 74 Degrees for an HVAC inspection and to get a quote for a split AC unit and I couldn't recommend them enough. Leo and Brendan were kind, knowledgeable, and professional. They were both incredibly thorough taking lots of photos and narrated videos and spent time answering questions. They also brought a major HVAC issue to our attention that 2 general inspectors missed. We appreciated the time they spent to explore and price out multiple solutions for us. If you are buying a home, you need these guys to give it a look.
