Went to an event on 2/8 where coat check lost my $200 jacket- couldn’t find it anywhere in the back and I went to check myself. No refund for coat check and no manager info was given. I called the venue twice last week and left a voicemail. still no follow up from them.
I love working the event there the wedding was good
this venue staff is completely rude and they condone pocket pickers. They attract rude and nasty crowd. will not be returning and i suggest you keep your belongings close to you.
Great venue for events.
