These guys really need to improve their customer service. Arrived on Saturday morning to pick up a trailer I booked a few days in advance. There was a line of more than 6 guys, only one guy in the office trying his best and dealing with the issues with the payment system.
I had a wonderful experience renting a tandem caged trailer for the day; it cost only $76 plus a $100 bond, and it was perfect for my needs. The receptionist was incredibly kind, helpful, and thoroughly explained all the terms and conditions. I also called her hours in advance to explain that I might not be able to return the trailer on time, and she was very accommodating, explaining the additional cost for the extra half-day hire, which was perfectly acceptable. Really surprised to see the negative reviews here. My experience today was great. Knowledgeable helpful guy on the tools loading on equipment and friendly lady behind the desk. I felt informed about the trailer I had hired and it worked well and seemed in good maintained condition. To be honest if I read these reviews first I would have been very cautious and perhaps may not have booked but glad I did and my experience was very good. Always two sides to a story. Thanks hire 73. Do not hire from these cowboys. There trailer I hire broke a sending ramp flying down SH1 and they billed me fore it. These guys are absolute disgrace to the industry. Hire from anyone else or you will be paying for it.
