Building is beautiful, and there are excellent amenities. Security issues with my vehicle were persistent. I had two vehicles stolen. After the first stolen vehicle, I did take a risk with same vehicle model, though with additional security theft prevention and detection measures taken and parking in what I was told was a more secure area of the garage. Staff worked with me when I decided to relocate and tried to support in that manner.
We love our 2 bed 2 bath! Beautiful views from our floor and they have plenty of events at the apartment. They threw an event on 7/27 since it’s 727 W Madison and it was so fun. Live music, pizza, salad, and beers for all the residents!
I visited this property over the weekend and it was amazing! The property is beautiful and the staff were so friendly. Great amenities and very clean, loved it!
