We loved our stay here! The staff was all amazing, huge shout out to Victoria for all she did and how friendly she was to everyone! She made our stay so much more enjoyable! We miss living here already!

EDITED IN JUNE 2026 -- New: I've lived at 727 W Madison for some time, and I want to start by recognizing the people who make this building run well day in and day out. The maintenance team is excellent—responsive, professional, and consistently helpful. The cleaning staff does a great job keeping the building looking its best, and the concierge team is one of the strongest aspects of the property. A special thank you to Victoria.
