Front desk staff is so incredibly welcoming and sweet!!! Victoria always makes my day with her incredible, uplifting positive energy- I can’t help but be in a good mood whenever! Similarly, Nicky is so kind and helpful and has helped me so much in the evenings with logistics! Honestly the whole team is awesome and I love getting to know each of them a bit better, thank you for all that you do!
My girl Victoria brightens my day EVERY DAY. if I didnt love her so much I’d ask you to schedule her more. MY GURL. Living here is 10x better cause of her.
The staff at 727 W. Madison are so helpful and welcoming. But I have to give a special shoutout to Victoria at the front desk. She’s always so bubbly, sweet and genuinely kind. She makes the building feel like home and she’s the first smiling face I see every time I walk in. No matter what I need, I know I can go to her and she’s always happy to help. She truly cares about the residents and her positive energy makes such a difference. Thank you for everything you do!
We loved our stay here! The staff was all amazing, huge shout out to Victoria for all she did and how friendly she was to everyone! She made our stay so much more enjoyable! We miss living here already!
