Building is beautiful, and there are excellent amenities. Security issues with my vehicle were persistent. I had two vehicles stolen. After the first stolen vehicle, I did take a risk with same vehicle model, though with additional security theft prevention and detection measures taken and parking in what I was told was a more secure area of the garage. Staff worked with me when I decided to relocate and tried to support in that manner.
We love our 2 bed 2 bath! Beautiful views from our floor and they have plenty of events at the apartment. They threw an event on 7/27 since it’s 727 W Madison and it was so fun. Live music, pizza, salad, and beers for all the residents!
I visited this property over the weekend and it was amazing! The property is beautiful and the staff were so friendly. Great amenities and very clean, loved it!
In the city for the weekend visiting a friend. The place was amazing, the staff was great, and our experience was just all around the best!
Stopped by yesterday with a client of mine right before the leasing office closed. Donell was able to tour us as walk ins, since we did not schedule a tour, which was incredibly nice of him! He was super informative, patient, and knowledgeable about the building and the area. Just overall great energy that left my client with a stellar impression. :)
