Luxury building with major drawbacks. As others have pointed out, there have been several unfortunate security incidents. Additionally, the elevators regularly break down and take forever to get fixed. Currently one of the elevators is not functioning properly, yet the team has not shut it down for repairs. Very concerning in an otherwise nice building in a great location.
Gorgeous building, apartments, and amenities are SO amazing. Pool is fabulous and building is in a Perfect location. Excellent customer service, 5 stars! Maintenance staff has been top notch and helpful, especially Kyle. Adrian is also very knowledgeable and kind. The past 18 months I have seen a positive change for even better! Thank you!!!
Juliet & David at the front desk are the best!! They both are beyond kind, helpful and reliable!
The staff here is phenomenal and is what separates this apartment from the rest. We love Juliette & David. They both go so above and beyond for the residents.
The apartment building is great, the floor plans and facilities are wonderful. All the staff is great as well, always very responsive (maintainance, administrative, reception etc). Particularly Juliette has been lovely, helpful and just wonderful with my child!
