4.5 Stars. No elevator....Six floors, but beautiful apartments!!!!! Half star off because it is a walk up. I get some exercise but I am feeling my age. Close to the Jackson Avenue 2, 5 train station. Update: 05-24-2021: We lost a wonderful tenant Lizandro Gomez, due to Blue Hill LLC's incompetance! Sixty five years young and dead before her time! Due to chemicals sprayed in her Apt 1-D and the stupid workers shut the windows on her! Shonda! For shame! Also, Apt. 1-B has bedbugs and rats running in and out of the apartment.
This place is horrible the way they did that old lady wasn’t right blue hill have these non certified workers I heard the story how that lady died in the hospital because of some chemical spray in her bathroom
