From the first phone call, the entire experience was exceptional! This is the garage door company you definitely want for all of your needs!
The team showed up on time; did an excellent job of installing two new garage door openers with remotes and key pads. They took the time to walk me through everything and tested the system before departing. The only issue was I was given a QR code for an App to remotely operate each door, but I learned this feature is an “ add on” which I do not have. Ottawa minor detail but just a little annoying.
The service guys sent me a text to tell me of their imminent arrival. They carried out their work quickly and efficiently, explained everything and were very courteous. Based on this experience, I'm highly recommending 724 Garage Door.
Jason and crew did an excellent job and took them about an hour Plus picked everything up and took the old one away and I'm very satisfied !! 😄 I recommend everybody to 724 garage door. PS that was a new garage door opener.
