I’ve lived in this building for seven years and have loved so much about it—the amenities (when they’re open and working) and the friendly staff have always been highlights. Unfortunately, since the management changed, the overall experience has declined dramatically. Under previous leadership, issues were resolved quickly, and residents were treated with care and respect.
