Lied to me about my security deposit and charged me over half of it on a cleaning of the apartment which was in great condition. The property manager inspected the apartment and told me it would be about $200 to clean but charged me well over double that.
I had a great experience living here for 1.5 years. Maintenance and management was very responsive, and it’s a nice area. Only issue I had was being charged 20% of my security deposit for a cleaning when the apartment was in great condition already.
Hector was awesome and he did a great job excellently well in ensuring all our household maintenance is taken care everytime !
The best apartments, you will have everything close to you like 101, grocery stores, laundry, and schools also the manager Llesenia she is very friendly, and helpful.
