We moved in the end of July. Since we’ve moved in, we have no kitchen shelving we submitted a ticket for that the day we moved in and they’ve told us they ordered one but we’re now into September without one. The 3rd night we were here we had no water randomly for a day. Submitted a ticket and called the city and the water was back late that evening. Our restroom sink has had a leak for a week. This is my personal experience. This is the worst place i ever lived 2 in years 3 times shooting in the property i understand is not apartments problem but the if you planning to move in please save your receipt '' magically they last my contract and of course i didn't save it and they charge ridiculous price for utilities. Maintenance guy is the only kind person.new manager is friendly until you move in after that is the most rude person you ever met..this is just my advice since no one is ever told me or post. but is a lot... read more
