We recently bought a used camper from Gary and his staff. My parents bought a brand new camper from a dealership in Jackson, MO. Over vacation my parents had a major electrical issue with their camper. We called the dealer and they would not help, very rude and wanted us to bring the camper to them and ruin our vacation. I called Gary’s staff (Bobby) and he walked me through everything to check on the camper and assisted me with repairing the burnt ground wire. THATS CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ITS BEST!!! Thanks Bobby!!!
A big shout out to 72 Midwest Motors and RVs! We had the normal pains of opening back up for the season. We had a little issue with a flush valve. Their repair team was here within about 90 minutes and fixed the valve and our camper door with no charge (valve was under warranty). You saved our weekend... Thanks, guys!
Sales department is rude as all get out once you're out the door they could care less and when you do have an issue and call with the problem it gets even worse wouldn't do business there ever again
