They came out quickly the 2 times I called. The first guy didn't figure out that all we needed to do was flip a breaker, and he talked to me like I was stupid. The second time we needed a drip pan replaced in the attic. It was very expensive (we have since heard from other companies that we got ripped off). They also did not remove the old pan which I was told they would do. The stars are for reaction time after the call, but that's it.
